Orders & Shipping

Temple Lah strives to process and dispatch all orders in a timely manner in accordance with the Australian postal network.

Shipping delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on postal services and external circumstances. Temple Lah is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or postal networks.

In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, customers will be notified via email and given the option to:

  • wait for the next shipment arrival, or

  • receive a full refund.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these uncommon situations.

Returns & Refunds

Temple Lah accepts refund requests for physical goods if notification is made within three (3) days of the customer receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • products must be returned in perfect condition,

  • return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer,

  • and products should be packaged securely to ensure safe return delivery.

Temple Lah recommends returning goods via registered or trackable mail, as Temple Lah is not liable for lost return items.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing.

Refund approvals remain at the discretion of Temple Lah.

eCourses & Digital Products

All Temple Lah eCourses and digital products are non-refundable.

If Temple Lah ceases operation or discontinues the website business for any reason, access to eCourse materials may no longer be available. In such circumstances, Temple Lah will provide reasonable notice to customers so students may prepare for the closure of course access and downloadable content.

Limitation of Liability

Temple Lah is not liable for:

  • shipping delays,

  • postal service disruptions,

  • lost returned items,

  • or circumstances beyond reasonable business control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details are provided at checkout.

Changes to Terms

Temple Lah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
