Felt Wholeness
Wholeness is accepting who we are by deepening into the essence of who we essentially are; our truth. As we understand more deeply of how we engage, process and react to life situations, we better understand what we need in those situations to restore our balance. Those moments where we are tipped off our axis or sway away from our centre of circumference become short lived as we gift ourselves exactly what we need in any given situation.
Our external environment is always a reflection of our internal environment and knowing who you are and what you need is key to meeting adversity. In this era we are all being impacted in some way of changing circumstances and the question of, “how to compose a well lived life with happiness and balance - felt wholeness?” is a regular check in. A simple statement of declaring, I give myself permission to make the time to create and care for myself can absolutely do wonders and is not to be overlooked.
Internally meditation facilitates a heightened awareness of who we truly are and provides a space for integrating external pressures. Noting our life experiences (journaling/ processing) and engaging in our chosen creative joy (creativity/ evoking playfulness) help us self soothe and fill our cup amongst the challenges that fall on our path. Creativity can take the shape of many different mediums and it is up to us to find our calling and engage with that outlet, filling our joy cup far and wide.
It was only yesterday as I embark on a new body of work, I realised I really have no idea how to start (not uncommon) and my holiday is approaching where said new work is to begin flourishing (pressure, doom, gloom). However, as I sat on my studio stool and gazed out to the natural environment, I saw the exotic parrots with their alizarin flaming heads grazing in the grass. I was reminded that my work is always inspired by our natural environment, elements and that keeping it simple sweet (starting with the basics) will always take the pressure off and stimulate an inspiration experiment, or creative build moving forward. More birds joined the parrots and then I looked at the next song that appeared on my playlist and it was called, Feather, I was reminded then and there that greater forces support and surround me always and that my small mind (doom and gloom, ego) doesn’t stand a chance within the true self that shines within. Blessings and gratitude.
It’s the little things that remind us of our wholeness and if you are feeling like it’s time to start journaling your heart notes, or experimenting with creative projects for self discovery; you can purchase our Temple Lah Transformation Oracle cards or Oracle ebook now.
